Write notes in the margin

How to do it

Margin Notes let you click anywhere and type, without drawing a box first.

1. Press N, then click in the margin where you want the note.
2. Type. New lines line up under where you clicked and flow around the printed text.
3. Hold Alt to type over the page instead. Tab moves between notes, and Esc finishes.
