Set up CrescentPDF your way.

The toolbar, the right-click menu and the colors can all change to fit how you work. Here's how to change each one.

Arrange the toolbar

Start from one of the ready-made setups, then change it as much as you like.

Pick a setup to start from: Standard for everyday reading, Editing for working on pages, or Notes for marking up.
Press Ctrl+K and type "customize toolbar".
Drag tools onto the bar, move them around, or take off the ones you never use.
Your setup is saved for next time.

Change the right-click menu

Right-click shows the tools that fit what you clicked: a page, some text, or a note. You decide which tools appear.

Right-click anywhere in a document.
Choose Customize This Menu at the bottom.
Add the tools you want, remove the ones you don't, and put them in order.

Pick your colors

Change the colors of the app and the background behind your pages.

Open the Customization menu and choose Appearance.
Choose a primary color, an accent color and a page background. Each comes with nine presets.
Changes show up right away, so try a few. Confirm to keep the ones you like.

Good to know

Light mode and dark mode can both be customized, so CrescentPDF looks right whichever one you use.
Customizing changes how CrescentPDF looks and works for you. It never changes your PDFs.
Reading at night? Try Night Pages to turn the pages themselves dark.
Can't remember where you put a tool? Press Ctrl+K and type its name.
